Create and implement a theme to be used across multiple internal tactics. Deliverables will be used to excite associates and help them navigate the annual enrollment period. Present 3 concepts.

OUTCOME

The program unfolds like a wave-building journey, where participants are guided through metaphorical waters that grow higher and more powerful with each step. Beginning with foundational tactics, the water rises as the season progresses, culminating in the dramatic "Catch the Wave" moment at the program's end.

Inspired by the free-spirited surf culture of the 1960s, this retro design pays homage to a time when surfing wasn't just a sport—it was a way of life. Just as the surf culture of that era embraced adventure and freedom, Medicare was also emerging as a lifeline for many.

For 2025, Medicare enrollment strategies were crafted around a fine-dining theme. Each year, new concepts are developed to provide a fresh look that continually drives sales.
